Triple walled construction inner chamber is made up of high grade SS sheet of SS-304 grade. the outer body is also made of thick SS sheet. the boiler is made of SS. the lid is made of thick SS plate. the unit is duly fitted with highly efficient M.S. Painted Ring & radial locking system duly chrome plated. A three way valve or a multi port valve made of SS is installed for controlling the sterlization cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5psi to 20psi, pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch. Fitted with water level indicator & vacuum beaker. the unit is fitted with temperature gauge, vacuum beaker & steam trap. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel.
